		<description>2010 must have been the year for RSI. I converted from paper to electronic medical record and started a garden. The entire year it continued to progress until fall came and I had to cancel a vacation to rest. We eventually realized no one should use a tablet daily, so converted to ergonomic work stations with 22 inch screens in all my exam rooms, trained an assistant to do half of my daily data input if not more, and took alpha lipoic acid supplement and compounded whole thyroid. Seemed these things all contributed to big improvemenets in pain and function. Wishing you the best!</description>
